For 25 years, Grover has returned to Mandi House — first as a student, then as a director, teacher, and artist. The neighbourhood has been his classroom, stage, and refuge. Echo Route is a guided audio walk through its cultural landmarks — National School of Drama, Triveni Kala Sangam, Sri Ram Centre, Sangeet Natak Akademi, Lalit Kala Akademi, Doordarshan Bhawan, and more. Woven from memories, anecdotes, and archival sounds, it is less a tour than a dérive: an invitation to drift through streets where art, protest, and imagination continue to shape a living commons.
